Northrop Grumman has been awarded a follow-on contract by Vought Aircraft Industries Dallas, for commercial information technology (IT) outsourcing services that provides continuity and flexibility in servicing Vought’s heritage information systems. The contract is valued at $86 million over three years to Northrop Grumman’s Information Technology sector. Two one-year options could extend the contract total value to $138 million. The original contract was awarded in 2000.
Under the terms of the contract, Northrop Grumman will provide service desk and end-user computing assistance, application maintenance and support, centralized server and mainframe services, and network and voice communications at Vought locations throughout the United States.
