JetWorks Leasing to adopt the name SkyWorks Leasing

JetWorks Leasing will adopt the name SkyWorks Leasing effective immediately. JetWorks was founded in 2004 as an affiliated company of SkyWorks Capital to concentrate on asset management, operating leasing and related services whereas Capital is focused on a wide array of financial advisory services to the commercial aviation and aerospace industries. During the past three years, SkyWorks and JetWorks have co-marketed their services, stressing the synergies offered by the two companies. In addition, Capital last year entered into a joint venture with Air China Development Corp. (Hong Kong) Ltd. and Swire Pacific Ltd. to create SkyWorks Capital Asia in Hong Kong, with JetWorks available as a resource to the new JV.
