Embraer has signed a firm order with the Moldovan flag carrier Air Moldova for one EMBRAER 190 jet. The contract includes purchase rights for another aircraft of the same model. Delivery is scheduled for March 2010. Air Moldova links the Moldovan capital, Chisinau, to 13 cities in Europe and the Middle East and intends to deploy its new Embraer 190 for opening new markets and complementing
its narrowbody fleet.
