SAESL breaks ground on new $45 million facility extension

IAE V2500 to power Tiger Airways fleet expansion

International Aero Engines reported Singapore-based low-cost airline group Tiger Airways had chosen the V2500 to power 20 Airbus A320 family aircraft. All engines will be of the SelectOne build standard and will be backed by a long-term V2500Select agreement. The combined engine purchase and aftermarket agreement is valued at $580 million to IAE.
