Revima APU repair activity increases in 2007

Revima APU, a joint venture company between Hamilton Sundstrand and EADS Sogerma, shipped a total of 696 Auxiliary Power Unit repairs in 2007, up from 516 in 2006. Revima APU also received three international certifications to repair a wide variety of Auxiliary Power Units (APUs), employed on the world’s most- flown aircraft, including European (EASA) and Singaporian (CAAS) certifications for the PW980 APU, making Revima APU the only repair shop capable of repairing the Airbus A380 APU. It also received certifications from the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) for repairs on a wide range of Hamilton Sundstrand and Honeywell APUs, and from the CAAS for the PW901A APU flown on the Boeing 747-400.
