Pinnacle Airlines reported fourth quarter 2007 net income of $6.7 million excluding a potential one-time, non-cash charge that the Company is analyzing. The Company’s net income were $12.3 million for the fourth quarter of 2006, excluding nonrecurring items. The 2007 financial results reflect the contractual changes in the airline services agreement (the “ASA”) between the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Pinnacle Airlines, Inc. (“Pinnacle”), and Northwest Airlines, Inc. (“Northwest”) that became effective January 1, 2007, and include the financial results of Colgan Air, Inc.
