Uzbekistan Airways selects CFM56-5B to power new A320 aircraft

Uzbekistan Airways, the national carrier of Uzbekistan, has become CFM International newest customer with an order for CFM56-5B engines to power six new Airbus A320 aircraft scheduled to begin delivery in 2011. The order is valued at more than $80 million at list price.
