Astronics reports first quarter 2008 results

Astronics Corporation reported sales of $41.1 million in the first quarter of 2008, which ended March 29, 2008, a 4.2% decrease compared with revenue of $42.9 million in the first quarter of 2007. Net income in the first quarter of 2008 was $2.6 million compared with $4.7 million in the same period the prior year.
