Rolls-Royce AE engine family surpasses 30 million hours

The Rolls-Royce AE engine family has accumulated a total of over 30 million hours of service on regional, corporate and military applications. This operational milestone underscores the reliability, performance and versatility of the AE engine family which is designed, built and supported out of the Rolls-Royce facility in Indianapolis, IN.

To date there have been nearly 2,800 AE engines produced for all regional airline, corporate and military aircraft in service. The AE 3007 engine has achieved more than 26.5 million engine hours on the Embraer ERJ family of regional aircraft and nearly 2.5 million hours in corporate operation with the Cessna Citation X and Embraer Legacy 600 business jet. Over 50 AE 2100 powered Saab 2000 turboprop in-service aircraft have attained 2.3 million engine hours of service.
