Air One has selected GE’s CF6-80E1 engines to power its new 12 firm and eight option Airbus A330 aircraft. The firm engine order is valued at more than $480 million list price. Deliveries will begin in 2010.
Air One has also signed a 15-year OnPoint solution agreement for the maintenance and overhaul of its new CF6-80E1 engines as well as its leased CF6-80E1-powered A330 aircraft. The OnPoint solution agreement is valued at more than $250 million over the life of the contract.
