BOC Aviation has selected Thales to provide a comprehensive package of flight management systems for up to 47 new Airbus A320 family aircraft. Deliveries of these aircraft will commence in the fourth quarter of 2008. Under the terms of the agreement Thales baseline flight management systems package for the Airbus A320 family aircraft includes: Flight Management System, Radio Altimeter, Angle of Attack Sensor, Pitot Probe, Combined Radio Magnetic Indicator and ATC Control Panel.
BOC Aviation also selected Bucher Leichtbau AG as baseline supplier to provide forward and full aft galleys for these 47 new Airbus A320 family aircraft and has selected Rockwell Collins to provide a comprehensive package of communication, navigation and surveillance avionics.
