JetBlue Airways announced the election of Stephan Gemkow to the Board of Directors. Mr. Gemkow, the Chief Financial Officer of Deutsche Lufthansa AG, is the second director nominated to the JetBlue Board of Directors by Lufthansa in connection with Lufthansa’s investment in JetBlue, and joins the 10 other members of the Board of Directors.
