FreeFlight Systems, an international supplier of professional-grade navigation systems for commercial and military aircraft, announced a definitive agreement to be acquired by a new executive management team and their financial partner, Elm Creek Partners. The new team officially assumed responsibility for corporate operations on July 15, 2008. Led by Tim Taylor as Chief Executive Officer, and Robert Schneier as Chief Operating Officer, the new team also includes John DeBusk who will lead product development, technical operations, and certifications as Vice President, Engineering and Marybeth Fraser of Fraser Consulting, Inc. who will focus on branding, marketing communications, and Washington operations.
