Aveos Fleet Performance, formerly ACTS, has signed four agreements with Honeywell, which include a general terms agreement, as well as repair, material and license agreements valued at over $345 million. The 5-year exclusive repair agreement for non in-house repaired items will enable Aveos to offer clients cost effective and efficient repair solutions. In addition, a 10-year materials agreement provides for the exclusive supply of Honeywell piece parts and material to support Aveos’ in-house repairs and overhaul of Honeywell components.
Another 10-year license agreement gives Aveos full access to Honeywell’s technical publications to support the in-house repair and overhaul of Honeywell equipment across multiple airframe platforms and product groups, as well as enabling Aveos to operate as an authorized repair facility for Honeywell equipment.
