Pratt & Whitney wins $1.4 billion contract for F117 engine support

The Boeing Company awarded Pratt & Whitney a contract with a value of up to $1.4 billion to support the C-17 aircraft fleet. This F117 engine maintenance agreement includes a one year contract and the option to extend for two additional years through 2011. This F117 contract covers fleet management support, configuration control, thrust reversers and EcoPower engine wash services for the entire F117 fleet of 800 engines.
