Astronics awarded development and production contract

Astronics Corporation received a $1.2 million order from Boeing Integrated Defense Systems, a unit of The Boeing Company, to develop and produce an anti-collision light kit for the T-45 Goshawk Naval Training Aircraft. Development of the product is scheduled to be completed in January 2009 with product shipments to span a one-year period beginning in June 2009.
