GOL appoints new CFO

GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes S.A. appointed Leonardo Pereira as GOL’s executive vice-president and chief financial officer. Pereira will assume the senior executive position occupied by Richard Lark until June 2008, when he transitioned his executive responsibilities, and will be responsible for the Finance, Investor Relations, Accounting and Taxes, Financial Planning and Corporate Budget departments. The company scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on February 4, 2009 to vote on Pereira’s nomination.
