Onno P.M. van den Brink leaves transavia.com

Mr. Onno P.M. van den Brink has decided to retire from his current position as President & C.E.O. of transavia.com as per 1 March 2009. Mr. van den Brink took his decision on the eve of the proposed collaboration between Martinair, transavia.com and KLM, which is the subject of a study that was recently initiated by KLM. Mr. van den Brink decided that he would not be available to play a role in the new situation. As from 1 March, Mr. Tjero R. Zomer, the current Executive Vice President & C.F.O. of transavia.com, will temporarily act as President & C.E.O.
