Finnair pilots reject settlement proposal

The Finnish Airline Pilots’ Association SLL, which represents Finnair’s pilots, rejected a settlement proposal made by the state arbitrator. The pilots announced, however, that they were cancelling their threat of five one-day strikes. An overtime ban, initiated by the pilots in January, will continue. Finnair flights, therefore, will fly for the most part normally.

Rolls-Royce and PZL-Swidnik explore RR500 applications

Rolls-Royce and PZL-Swidnik Aircraft have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to discuss future applications of the new RR500 engine family.
