Alabama Aircraft Industries announces C-130 depaint contract award

Alabama Aircraft Industries, Birmingham, has been awarded a contract from the United States Air Force to perform depaint and safety of flight repairs on Air Force and Navy / Marine C-130 aircraft. The contract carries a term of one base period of six months and one option period of six months. It is expected that a minimum of 22 aircraft will be inducted during the first 6 months of the program.
