ExelTech reports extension of maturity of debentures

As announced by ExelTech Aerospace on February 19, 2009, it entered into discussions with the holders of convertible debentures which mature February 26, 2009 (the “Debentures”) and obtained the consent of a requisite number of holders to extend the maturity date of the Debentures for a period of three months, to May 29, 2009. The Corporation announces that it has entered into a Supplemental Indenture with Computershare Trust Company of Canada, as trustee of the Debentures, and obtained the conditional approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, in respect of such extension.
