GOL announces capital increase of R$203.5 million

GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes S.A. announces that, in accordance with Instruction n 358/02 of the Brazilian Securities Commission, as amended, its Board of Directors at a meeting held on March 20, 2009, approved a capital increase of the Company in the amount of R$203,531,031.60 and the issuance of 26,093,722 shares, comprising 6,606,366 common shares and 19,487,356 preferred shares.
