Shannon Aerospace performs 2C check for Azerbaijan Airlines

A first for SAL and the LHT Group, the Azerbaijan Airlines contract was undertaken following a Lufthansa Technik (LHT) request, highlighting ongoing synergies at work within the LHT Group. Upon receipt of a request from the operator, the LHT Sales Team examined its Base Maintenance Services network to ensure a best-fit for the customer. A reliable, efficient turnaround time as well as slot availability was important to Azerbaijan Airlines, making SAL a good fit for the project. Shannon Aerospace worked closely with the customer to ensure the check was completed in a total of seven days, to include a two-day long special modification.
