Aer Lingus CEO Dermot Mannion to step down

Aer Lingus Group plc announced that Mr Dermot Mannion, Group Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), has informed the Board of his intention to step down with immediate effect. The Board of Aer Lingus has accepted his decision. Mr Colm Barrington, Chairman of the Board, will assume executive responsibility for the Group until a new CEO has been appointed. The Board has commenced a process to select a new Group Chief Executive Officer.
