SR Technics overhauls its 1000th CFM56 engine

This week, the 1000th overhauled CFM56 engine will roll out of the Engine Maintenance Centre of SR Technics. In line with its long-term strategy, SR Technics is developing new competencies and innovative solutions to meet the current needs of its clients and to create real added value. Thanks to continuous performance-enhancing measures, SR Technics is steadily raising efficiency and is now able to service CFM56 engines in 56 days or less. Each year, SR Technics carries out maintenance on some 260 engines, of which 180 are CFM56 models. Engines that are serviced in the SR Technics Engine Maintenance Centre boast a Time On Wing that is among the best in the world.
