Delta TechOps and Hawaiian Airlines sign comprehensive MoU

Delta TechOps announced that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Honolulu-based Hawaiian Airlines. The long-term agreement, which could be valued at as much as $500 million, includes Delta TechOps’ Complete Fleet support for Hawaiian’s new Airbus 330-200 fleet and an extension of an existing support agreement for Hawaiian’s Boeing 767 fleet. The Complete Fleet services contract will cover line maintenance, component maintenance services, inventory provisioning and support, maintenance planning and scheduling, engineering support, contractor management and other technical services for Hawaiian’s Airbus 330-200 fleet, with deliveries beginning in April 2010.
