Baltia Air Lines signs LoI for the purchase of one Boeing 747 aircraft

Baltia Air Lines, announced that they have executed a Letter of Intent for the purchase of a Boeing 747 aircraft. Baltia Air Lines, is a New York corporation publicly traded under the symbol “BLTA” on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board, OTCBB. Baltia’s base of operations is Terminal 4 at JFK International Airport in New York.
