EgyptAir selects Rockwell Collins' suite of avionics for eight Boeing 737 NG aircraft

EgyptAir has selected Rockwell Collins’ suite of avionics for eight Boeing 737 NG aircraft. Deliveries are scheduled from September 2010 through August 2012. The agreement includes dual Rockwell Collins Multiscan Hazard Detection System configuration and Head-up Guidance System (HGS), as well as a comprehensive communications, navigation and surveillance suite including the Rockwell Collins Traffic Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) and Multi-Mode Receiver.
