SR Technics names James Stewart new Chief Executive Officer

James Stewart has been appointed new Chief Executive Officer of SR Technics. As the company is entering its next phase of development and growth, it has been mutually agreed that Bernd Kessler will step down from his position as of 31 January 2010, having successfully implemented major restructuring initiatives as well as the repositioning of the company in the market. James Stewart will take over the role as CEO as of 1 February. He has been Chief Financial Officer of SR Technics since August 2008 and has been instrumental in the successful refinancing and restructuring of the Group, as well as in the extension of various new business relationships with key customers.
