Steven Udvar-Hazy CEO of ILFC retires

American International Group, Inc. (AIG) and International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC) announced that Steven F. Udvar-Hazy will retire as director and chief executive officer of ILFC, effective February 5, 2010.
