dB Control joins HEICO Electronic Technologies Group

dB Control, an established manufacturer known for its high-power microwave amplifiers, radar transmitters and power supplies, announced that it has joined the Electronic Technologies Group of HEICO Corporation. dB Control Co-Founder and CEO Joseph Hajduk will remain in his current position, as will the dB Control executive management staff and current workforce. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
