A J Walter Aviation adds MD11 to aircraft support capability

Finnair Technical Services and complete aircraft spares specialist, A J Walter Aviation, have signed a contract for MD11 component support. Finnair has been operating this aircraft type for several years now and is already actively supporting third party operators. For AJW this is a first step in MD11 support and builds on another contract signed this month for MD11 power-by-the-hour business with Belgian-based operator Avient, a long-term DC10 customer with scheduled services to Africa, Europe and Middle-East.
