Triumph Group released that for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2010, net sales were $352.0 million, a 13% increase from last year’s fourth quarter net sales of $311.2 million. Income from continuing operations for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2010 increased 11% to $25.0 million versus $22.6 million for the fourth quarter of the prior fiscal year. Net income for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2010 increased 18% to $24.7 million versus $20.9 million for the fourth quarter of the prior fiscal year.
For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010, net sales totaled $1.295 billion, a 4% increase from fiscal year 2009 net sales of $1.240 billion. Income from continuing operations for fiscal year 2010 was $85.3 million versus $92.7 million for fiscal year 2009. Net income for fiscal year 2010 was $67.8 million versus $88.0 million for the prior fiscal year.
