Pinnacle Airlines reports first quarter net income of $1.7 million

Pinnacle Airlines Corp. reported first quarter 2010 net income of $1.7 million. These results were lower than net income and EPS for the first quarter of 2009 of $2.7 million excluding special items. Major winter storms during the first quarter of 2010 had a severe impact on the financial and operating results of the Company’s two operating subsidiaries, primarily causing the year-over-year decline in earnings.
