The SAS Group traffic figures April 2010

SAS Group reported that the traffic development in April was significantly affected by the closure of major parts of the European airspace during almost one week in April due to the volcanic ashes. SAS Group’s traffic decreased by 24.3% during April and seat capacity was down 21.2% vs same period in 2009. SAS Group carried 1.6 million passengers in April, down 28.1% vs. same period in 2009 and the load factor was 69.6%, down 2.9 pts.
