GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes S.A. reported that its subsidiary GOL Finance is offering senior notes due in 2020 in an offering exempt from registration under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended (“Securities Act”).
GOL and its subsidiary, VRG Linhas Aereas S.A., will guarantee the notes. The notes will be senior unsecured debt obligations of GOL and are subject to optional redemption with make whole. GOL intends to use the proceeds of the offering primarily to repay existing debt maturing in the next three years.
