New President of Triumph Aerostructures-Vought Integrated Programs Division

Triumph Group announced that Jeffrey L. McRae has been named President of Triumph Aerostructures-Vought Integrated Programs Division reporting to Jeffrey D. Frisby, Triumph’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. McRae had been Vice President-Business Operations of Vought Aircraft Industries, In c. at the time of its acquisition by Triumph in June 2010 and has been serving as Chief Financial Officer of Triumph’s new company, Triumph Aerostructures-Vought Aircraft Division, since the acquisition. Mr. McRae succeeds Dennis Orzel, who will be leaving the company to accept a new opportunity.
