FARNAIR Europe, a leading European Cargo Airline headquartered in Basel, Switzerland, has reached an agreement with Swissport to take over the latter’s cargo handling operation in Budapest, Hungary. Swissport had recently announced its withdrawal from the Hungarian market. FARNAIR will take over Swissport’s assets, warehouse lease and staff on 1st Feb 2011. The parties are committed
to ensure a smooth transition of the current Swissport hand~ operation and to offer customers continuity and a long-term perspective in Budapest.
