Desser Tire & Rubber Co.’s affiliate, Aero WBS announced its qualification for retreading Canadair 200, 700, 900 series and Embraer 135 and 145 series aircraft tires, as well as forming an investigative committee for opening a FAA/EASA approved factory outside of the United States.
Desser/Aero WBS is one of only two privately held high speed aircraft tire retreaders in the United States. The company holds FAA and EASA approvals for high speed aircraft tire retreading and wheel and brake services. Desser retreads over 20,000 tires per year, is a leading distributor of new aircraft tires and is an OEM aircraft tire and tube manufacturer. Desser does business in over 100 countries.
