Sukhoi Superjet 100 receives Type Certification from IAC AR

IAC AR, the Russian certification authority has granted Type Certification for the Sukhoi Superjet 100 airplane. The Type Certificate confirms the compliance of the aircraft with the IAC certification norms and airworthiness directives thus opening the way to start commercial operation. Simultaneously the IAC AR, basing on the audit of the aircraft development quality system and Sukhoi Civil Aircraft performance, has granted Design Organization Approval Certification to Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company.
