AFI KLM E&M increased its equity stake in Aero Maintenance Group (AMG) to 100%. This is a result of a partnership forged in 2005, and a key growth driver for AFI KLM E&M in the Americas. A shareholder in AMG since 2005, AFI KLM E&M became a majority shareholder in the company in 2008. As the MRO acquires full control, Christian Tallec has become its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Operating from five facilities in Miami, Atlanta, and Dallas, AMG is ideally located to meet the needs of customers operating commercial or regional aircraft fleets in North and Latin America and the Caribbean. Its production capacity combined with a Logistics Center strategically located in Miami means it can provide local component support and composite repairs for a wide range of commercial and regional aircraft.
