Kaman receives Bombardier contract for Learjet 85 aircraft program

Kaman Corporation reported that its Composites Division (Kaman) has been awarded a contract for the Learjet 85 aircraft program. Kaman will manufacture composite passenger entry and over-wing exit doors. The Learjet 85 aircraft is a new mid-sized business jet built primarily from composites and features advances in aerodynamics, structures and efficiency. Kaman will build the doors at its facility in Darwen, Lancashire, United Kingdom.
