Hawaiian Holdings, parent company of Hawaiian Airlines, announced its intention to offer, subject to market and other conditions, $75 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2016 (the "notes") in an underwritten public offering. The Company also expects to grant the underwriters of the notes an option to purchase up to an additional $11.25 million aggregate principal amount of the notes solely to cover over-allotments.
