Qatar Airways takes delivery of 25th Boeing 777

Boeing delivered Qatar Airways its 25th 777 at a ceremony on April 1. The airplane is a 777-300ER (extended range) model, which can carry up to 335 passengers. Since placing its first 777 order in 2007, Qatar Airways has expanded to include 25 of the three newer generation 777 models. Qatar Airways’ fleet includes two long- range 777 freighters, 15 highly efficient 777-300ERs and eight of the ultra-long-range 777-200LR (longer range) airplanes.
