Skyworld Aviation and PRISMA Aviation Services team up on Avro RJ 100 deals

In a transaction arranged by Skyworld Aviation and Prisma Aviation Services, Sky Wings Airlines of Greece have purchased four Avro RJ 100 aircraft from Aegean Airlines. Skyworld Aviation acted on behalf of Skywings Airlines, and Prisma Aviation Services acted on behalf of Aegean Airlines. The sale includes a large package of spare parts and tooling and Aegean will also provide support during the phase-in period in terms of training and maintenance. Delivery of aircraft will begin in a few days. The deal marks the move into a new type for Sky Wings and the exiting of the type for Aegean after nearly 12 years of Regional Jet operations.
