EADS North America appoints Paul Pastorek as Chief Counsel and Corporate Secretary

EADS North America appointed Paul G. Pastorek as Chief Counsel and Corporate Secretary. In his new position Mr. Pastorek will direct the company’s legal activities, including the contracts, export control and compliance functions, and serve as Secretary to the company’s Board of Directors.
