AerCap Holdings N.V. approved the appointment of Mr. Aengus Kelly to succeed Mr. Klaus Heinemann as CEO and Member of the Board of Directors, effective from May 18, 2011. Mr. Aengus Kelly has been responsible for AerCap’s operations in North and South America as CEO of AerCap, since 2008. Prior to this appointment, he was the Group Treasurer of AerCap.
