Rolls-Royce appoints Lewis Booth as non-executive Director

Rolls-Royce reported the appointment of Lewis Booth as a non-executive Director. He will also join the Audit, Ethics and Nominations Committees today. Lewis will become Chair of the Audit Committee with effect from 31 July 2011, a role most recently undertaken on a temporary basis by Ian Strachan. Lewis Booth is executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ford Motor Company.
