Omni Air International completes Boeing 777-200ER aircraft certification

Omni Air International received FAA approval to operate the B777-200ER aircraft including 180-minute ETOPS authority. Omni becomes the first US registered non-scheduled airline to operate the B777-200ER aircraft in passenger service. A second aircraft will be added to the company’s certificate in mid July. Omni continues its commitment to fleet modernization which began two years ago with the acquisition of the B767-300ER.
