Avinco places and sources 12 aircraft so far this year

Avinco, the specialist remarketing and leasing advisor based in Monaco and Dublin, has successfully placed five 737s and three A340s so far in 2011 as well as sourcing four A320 family aircraft on behalf of a new Chinese lessor. The 737s included two new surplus 800s sold on behalf of Air Europa, one early production 800 leased to Jet2.com (UK) and two classics sold on behalf of Air Austral (La Réunion). The A340s are owned by a US based fund and placed on long term lease to a South American carrier, due to be delivered later this year.
